Customer Care and Admin Executive/Manager

We are looking for someone who is keen to be part of a growing team and make an impact on lives through music. I’m Soul Inc is an award-winning social enterprise that enables ALL to make music for health and happiness through technology and celebration. We are expanding in Singapore and to the region and need someone to take good care of our customers and support our office.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Provide caring customer service and support
  • Support promotional and training activities
  • Ensure office admin and activities run smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Do whatever it takes to make things tick

What you bring with you:

  • Love of music and its power for health and happiness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications in business or related studies
  • Preferably have some relevant working experience
  • Competent in the use of technology
  • Positive learning attitude and eye for detail
